We want you to be as comfortable as possible in making such a huge decision. That’s why we offer free estimates to replace your heating and/ or cooling system. We have confidence in the fact we offer one of the best products available for a fair price, and back it up with un-paralleled service.

We’ll even offer you financing options (with approved credit) if you need them.

Our goal is to make your buying decision for a new comfort system as easy as possible.

Free Second Opinions

Here’s a scenario most homeowners will face at some point in their lifetime: your air conditioner has stopped working and it’s supposed to be 99 degrees tomorrow. You call an HVAC contractor and you are told you need a new compressor and it’s going to cost you a lot of money. You feel like you have no options.

Garrison & Garrison provides you with options. We will provide you with a free second opinions & estimates. If a licensed HVAC company has provided you with a written estimate within the past 30 days on a specific part, we will provide you a second opinion on that specific part for no charge. (A written diagnosis from the previous company may be requested before performing the inspection of the failed part.) Should our technician clear the part as functional, a complete diagnostic inspection of the unit can be performed at the time of service for $69.00 in order to diagnose any other issues with your system.

If our opinion agrees with the original opinion, we will offer you the option of having us replace the part and we won’t charge a diagnostic fee. If you choose not to replace the part, there will be no charge for our second opinion.
