My daughter has had great experience w/G&G and recommended them. I called for a quote. They were here the next day, on time. Three other companies I got quotes from sent technicians who knew the systems, but didn’t know how to explain the different warranties, discounts, etc., and none of them even mentioned tax rebates and credits! G&G sent a dedicated sales person who had been with G&G for 36 years! Very knowledgable. He was able to recommend a purchase strategy that took advantage of tax benefite and allowed me to upgrade to a higher quality, higher tonnage system for less!read more

Have had nothing but great service from Garrison & Garrison over the years. They’ve done everything from a new unit install and routine maintenance to most recently, a unique situation that was tough to diagnose but did so and repaired quickly. All of their staff and technicians have been competent, professional and super nice, Ronnie Head in particular. Brilliant tech, super knowledgeable and when it would be easier for him to not pick up the phone late in the day and worry about it tomorrow, he chooses to help and does great work.read more

Garrison and Garrison HVAC has been awesome to work with on my AC home replacement system. David Johnson came out and explained all of the different options and recommended a great system for us. He’s also been very responsive, checked on how the system has been performing and has answered any questions we’ve had. The install team (Chase, Jared, and Niles) did a stellar job! Jeremy was the technician who came out when my air stopped working. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had to ordered the part I needed (which was still under warranty) and came back the next day to complete the repair. My air was back on in 30 minutes. He was very professional, explained everything to me step by step and answered all my questions. He even wore those little booties over his shoes whenever he needed to get into my house!I also received a very good price so I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience.read more
