There is no one better than Garrison and Garrison. They always send out the kindest and most knowledgeable technicians to service our system. Today Rudy found that our emergency shut off switch had failed. Not only did he switch it out on the spot but he removed our panels outside and cleaned off all the debris. It’s the little things. I have used G&G for many years at 2 properties and they are professional, courteous and honest. I had annual service and a Freon leak detected from a previous repair by them and it was fixed at no charge with a gracious apology. We’ve had such a positive experience with Garrison & Garrison Heating and Air Conditioning, especially with Alex and Josh. Over the last year, they have absolutely bent over backwards helping us troubleshoot one particularly persnickety AC unit that has tested everyone’s patience—and when it acted up again this spring, they were right back on it.What stands out most is that they genuinely care about customer comfort and doing what’s right. Our HVAC fan went out. We called Blake Bros. We have a plan with them. They wouldn’t come out until tomorrow. I have a 89yr old FIL. I couldn’t wait. I called Garrison & Garrison for help. Cody D answered our call. Unfortunately, he was on another call and couldn’t replace the fan without voiding our warranty, but he was extremely helpful and suggested a stopgap measure to insure we had cool air. We have used Garrison for years (15+). They have installed, repaired and inspected our two units. They are not the least expensive, but they are the going to give you the best product in your budget with well trained people working for them. We have them inspect and clean our units twice a year, so we’ve seen a number of technicians over the years. Today Rudy was our technician-he was polite, friendly, upbeat and professional. We hadn’t been changing one of the filters like we should have and he gave me the politest, nicest stern warning. All of the technicians have been this way. They can also speak to those of us that know nothing about HVAC in a way that we can understand. I highly recommend Garrison & Garrison.read more

I just got fantastic service on my 3 year old HVAC unit with a leaking suction line from a badly brazed joint. The original installer wanted over $2500 for the repair. Garrison & Garrison did the repair quickly for less than $500. Wow, what a difference! I have definitely switched to Garrison & Garrison for all my HVAC needs. Rudy was the technician who came out this morning to perform my semiannual maintenance. He was punctual, polite, and efficient. He explained all the actions that he performed, and even changed my filter for me (it’s in the ceiling so not the easiest thing for me to do). He also put on those little booties every time he came into the house, so he wouldn’t track anything in from the attic or outside.Great service, as usual, from Garrison and Garrison. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.read more

Was recommended by a friend after a lightning strike when one thing after the other kept dying around the house including our AC. Alex was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable (but not above calling for assistance when needed). He and team members were in and out of my home for two weeks as new things went kaput but gave me very fair pricing (another company quoted me THREE TIMEs what they did), didn’t ding me for more house calls and always came before noon on the same day.
