I highly recommend Garrison & Garrison. I was referred to them by a friend when my AC began giving me trouble. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the technician arrived at the promised time. Upon arrival the technician was very polite, he performed a thorough inspection and provided me with a diagnosis and the next steps, which included a timeline of when I could expect a follow up phone call with the cost estimate before leaving. As promised he called back that afternoon with the cost estimate, part delivery date, and time for when he would call back to schedule. Once the part was received I scheduled the repair and the technician again returned on time and completed the repair within the time frame that was provided with no surprise fees. I highly recommend this company not only for their professionalism but their customer service is top notch.read more

On one of the hottest humid days of July, Chase along with Cooper and Ty had to replace the duct system in the attic as well as the new HVAC unit and thermostat. Called Garrison & Garrison to check my 18 year old heat pump since it was making noise while running. The split unit upstairs in our home was freezing up and stopped cooling. I called Garrison & Garrison and was told that a service tech could come out the same day and they would call before they were heading my way. The service tech called as promised and arrived at my door approximately 30 minutes later. Terrell Turner was the service tech and was very friendly, polite, and professional. After diagnosing the problem, Terrell was able to correct the issue on site and we had cold A/C blowing once again.
