I had two old American Standard units that I wanted to replace with newer ones which used R-454B as a refrigerant. David did a walkthrough of my property and provided an initial cost estimate. When the units became available, Carl followed up with a final proposal. The work was scheduled the day after we signed a contract and was completed in a timely manner over a two-day period. Beau and Cooper installed the systems. They arrived on time, were extremely courteous, worked very hard, cleaned up after they finished, provided me with documentation and manuals, and Beau walked me through the operation of the new thermostats. I felt that the staff was knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for more. Good job!read more

G & G did it again. I used then in my previous home when I needed to replace my old worn out unit and used them again for replacing a dead, cheap builders grade unit in my new home. Beau and Brent were the installers and they were superb. Everything went smoothly including having to build a new stand for the unit because of differences in size from previous unit. Everything was cleaned up before they left and made sure that I was happy with the new unit and the quality of the service. They arrived on time and were done about an hour earlier than estimated. Noticed my HVAC unit was short cycling. Tried a reset but no improvement. Knowing this problem could end up damaging the compressor I called Garrison & Garrison for help. They sent a Tech out a couple hours later. He found a couple parts on the unit had failed. The parts were ordered and he came back out and installed them. The unit is now working perfectly.
