Recently I called Garrison and Garrison to have my HVAC unit inspected as there seemed to be humidity and airflow inconsistencies. Josh, our technician, who was referred to me by a family friend, gave a thorough inspection. He was professional, friendly, and honest when it was aparent that the issue was caused by a setting on the thermostat. I will definitely call on him again when I need the unit serviced and inspected and have already recommended him to other family members. My daughter has had great experience w/G&G and recommended them. I called for a quote. They were here the next day, on time. Three other companies I got quotes from sent technicians who knew the systems, but didn’t know how to explain the different warranties, discounts, etc., and none of them even mentioned tax rebates and credits! G&G sent a dedicated sales person who had been with G&G for 36 years! Very knowledgable. He was able to recommend a purchase strategy that took advantage of tax benefite and allowed me to upgrade to a higher quality, higher tonnage system for less!read more

They’ve done everything from a new unit install and routine maintenance to most recently, a unique situation that was tough to diagnose but did so and repaired quickly.
