We have had great service using Garrison & Garrison for our past home HVAC system repairs and replacements so we called them to assess our lake house 2nd floor system which has been unable to keep up with our hot summer this year. Ronnie Head did a great job of quickly troubleshooting the problem and recommending the repair including estimated cost. I cannot recommend this team highly enough! Carl worked tirelessly to quickly schedule a replacement HVAC system after our old unit failed during an extreme heatwave—right as out-of-town family arrived to stay with us. We were in a pickle Tuesday with our air conditioning unit not working. In this 100 degree plus weather.and two bulldogs. 🥵 We called this establishment and within a few hours they came to the rescue. Ethan was the tech that assisted us and he was amazing. Roberto and Bryce were my technician. They were timely and efficient They did a total system install and removal of my old system. I retired my old system after 27 years of service. I have used Garrison and Garrison for HVAC maintenance since I moved here 9 years ago. They have done an excellent job keeping me up and going. We had a coil leak. Rudy the technician was so awesome! He communicated often, let us know when the new part had arrived and when to expect him. Just before the 4th of July, our AC went down. Other companies said it would be days before they could come to us. A tech from Garrison & Garrison came out at 8 p.m. to fix our unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was ready to pay a hefty bill because of the timing and holiday. Instead it seemed more than reasonable especially for the late call. I’ve used Garrison & Garrison now for about 6 years and my Daughter and Son n Law had a new unit put in their house recently and we all are thrilled with their work!After having a serious issue with our Carrier air conditioner for several days Roberto and Juan came to our home this morning and after just 30 minutes they found the source of our issue. Their was a blockage in the exit line that Roberto found quickly and eliminated it so our unit is now cooling our home once again! My wife and I are grateful for the professionalism, their excellent work efforts and dedication to solving our problem! JULY 2026 – Another review of Garrison & GarrisonI had to replace my 2nd HVAC unit this year, & immediately called Garrison & Garrison based upon my prior great experience. This time Jonathon & Colin did a great job of installing my upstairs unit in the attic during super hot conditions. They completed the installation in a neat & timely fashion, made sure they left the area very clean, and patiently helped us setup our new thermostat. Once again, very happy with this install!Yesterday, Beau Garrison & his crew came out and installed a new downstairs HVAC system. They did a great job in making sure the install was done right. The duct work and cabling was neatly installed & the old unit hauled off & the site cleaned up. Afterwards, Beau was very patient in showing my wife & me how to connect our phones to our new smart thermostat. Today, Ronny came out to check out my upstairs unit to verify that it was also in good working order. He showed great attention to detail in carefully going over the inside and outside components. Very impressed with him & his knowledge. He fixed some issues that another company’s HVAC person had messed up. I’d highly recommend Garrison & Garrison for their quality work and great customer service.read more

Roberto and Juan did a great job at my house. They let me know when they were about to arrive, and in general were polite and courteous in their interactions with me. They covered the floor between the door and working area with drop cloths, then worked steadily until the job was complete, cleaning up after themselves. Carl and Chase stopped in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Within a few hours they left me with a cool house and no mess. This is the level of professional service I expect from Garrison & Garrison.read more

We smelled a chemical smell in our laundry room on Sunday and our AC was not cooling the house . I called Garrison & Garrison on Monday afternoon (after calling another company who quoted $100 above Garrison and Garrison to come out and diagnose). Rudy (our FABULOUS) technician came by 11am. My husband had replaced the capacitor without luck. Rudy replaced the 2nd capacitor (didn’t know there was one in upstairs unit) but it still wasn’t working. He found our motor needed to be replaced and gave me the part numbers to do it ourselves or he could get it and install the next day. Our attic is very hot and my husband wanted it done by him! Rudy came by 11am today (Wednesday) and worked 2 hours in the heat to fix it! He checked all freon levels, flow, and cleaned the casing. He was amazing and I can’t say enough great things about his work, professionalism, and how well he explained things! He was quick and a great person to work with! We will definitely use garrison and garrison again and tell everyone about them! All fixed in 2 days! Thank you Rudy! We are cool again!read more

I scheduled an HVAC maintenance with Garrison & Garrison for the first time. Rudy, the technician, called me ahead of his arrival which I appreciated. He was very profession and took care to be clean and also careful as he brought a ladder in the house to get to the attic. He cleaned the outside unit and cleaned out the algae. In a nutshell, this company saved us $1,700. Our previous HVAC company outright LIED. They had been servicing our unit for 3 years. I am so glad we did not hesitate to get a 2nd opinion.Rudy Snow was the technician sent today from Garrison & Garrison. He was respectful, professional & polite. He fixed the supposed $1,700 problem in about 10 minutes. There was no charge for the visit! What?! We signed up for the twice yearly maintenance agreement which is very affordable at $165.This company has integrity. It now has new life long customers. I have a maintenance contract with G&G. During my spring check-up, the technician, Nick, found a leak in the A/C coolant line. He scheduled a F/U appointment to return to fix the issue. The first appointment was rescheduled due to a earlier job running long for Nick. We rescheduled for the next day but Nick had to cancel due to lightning. The third time was the charm as Nick was able to make the repair and then make sure everything was functioning properly. Nick explained everything he was going to do and what the final bill would be. I’m not sure how to judge the charges. I know getting quality HVAC services are not cheap and I trust G&G. I expect my A/C will run cold when the heat of summer hits us.read more
